Class Ambassador
Every class needs someone who checks in, follows up, and keeps the connection alive. That’s what a Class Ambassador does — volunteers who look out for their classmates and help make sure no grad falls through the cracks.

Anyone can be a Class Ambassador! You don’t need to be in class leadership — just be someone who cares.
Have you or a classmate recently moved, gone through a divorce, lost a job, or just need someone to talk to?
Together, we’ll make sure every member of the Long Gray Line is supported through life’s toughest moments.
Your Impact
Strong Gray Line’s new Care Coordination Service (launching Nov 15, 2025) provides professional, confidential support for grads and families in need. Class Ambassadors partner with SGL to:

Help identify classmates who might need support

Stay connected after care — be a friendly face or coordinate for others to follow up

Rally classmates to help, visit, or reconnect

Organize small class gatherings to strengthen bonds, virtually or in-person
Stay connected with other Class Ambassadors to strengthen the Long Gray Line!
Requirements

West Point graduate (any class) or spouse of a graduate
-
Passion for supporting veterans and the West Point community
-
Organized self-starter who thrives on deadlines (but loves flexibility)
-
Ability to commit 2–3 hours per month

One 30-minute virtual team meeting per month
